Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with Sinclair Recovery Studio, you agree to the following terms:

• Payment: All appointments must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

• Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Late cancellations or no-shows: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will not be refunded.

• Arrival: Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time.

• Health conditions: Please inform your therapist of any injuries, medical conditions, or changes to your health before your treatment begins.

• Age requirement: Clients must be 18 years or older to receive treatment.

Sinclair Recovery Studio reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
